Hi I'm female teenager weighing 53 kg and is 152 cm tall. I want to lose weight and become fitter and healthier. That is why today I am starting a new journey to achieve my goal weight and body and also make permanent lifestyle changes. Within this 60 day cycle I will commit myself to achieving this goal and take this kind of oath here to remind me about this very day I have Started and after this due time I will come back here and share my progress and success hopefully.

Oh, anyone care to join me in my journey? I think I might need some "like-minded" people to be friends with along the way.
