Hi everyone! Back again! The goal is to lose at least 5 pounds during the month of June. Just list your SW and your weekly weigh-ins. Here for support and motivation, let's keep each other going during the summer months! We can do it! Good Luck!

My SW was 218 and now I am 157 it's been a year now to maintaining. But my GW is 130. So I am in. Let's do it together6

Yeah I'm in, I lost 4lb in Jan and then got a cold in Feb which affected my mental health and only lost 2lb from Feb to now.
Finally snapped out of it and ready to kick some *kitten*

My June starting weight is 158 my June goal weight is 153. However my overall goal weight is between 150-145 so idk if I'll be able to lose 5 this month this close to my goal weight1

I'm starting to watch my crap intake but I decided to take out sugar for this month...which does not include alcohol lol

So I'm 3days in and not doing great! Been over my calorie limit twice and worked out so hard the other day I've Been sore for ages!
