What is the latest time you eat?

It doesn't matter to me. I eat whenever I'm hungry (within reason) so since I'm a night owl that could be as late as 2 or 3am. It hasn't been a problem so far.0

Usually not after 7pm. Definitely not after 8 and that would just be a small snack0

I try not to eat after 9pm but if it's the weekend or a treat night.....there are no rules.0

Ditto to what ^^ she said. I eat when I am hungry and dont when I am not.0

I try not to eat after 8 pm. I get heart burn if I eat too close to bed time. If I get hungry after, I'll have a cup of herbal tea and that usually does the trick.0

well since my body cant tell what time it is i eat when im hungry as long as im within my calories for the day.....0

Thank you everybody! I read an article that said you should not eat after 8, so I was wondering what other people thought.0

I've heard its best to go to bed hungry so you'll wake up and want to eat a good breakfast....
But I still eat around 8:300 -
"Dinner and Done" is my motto. I go to bed fairly early and see no reason for me to eat after dinner. It works for me.0

Since I'm on a 12pm - 8pm feeding window on my intermittent fasting, 8pm is when I take my last bite of the night until the next day at noon.
It doesn't matter when you eat though. Eat at 2am if you want.0 -
You should never eat after 7 PM or else your body will turn that food into fat. Just kidding...
I'm always nibbling on stuff late at night. Last night I had an assortment of sweets right before going to sleep. So basically, there is no 'latest' for me.0 -
There's no cut-off time for me, I'll eat whenever I'm hungry or have extra calories left to consume. Last night at midnight, I ate a handful of strawberries (256 grams). I do this quite often and not once has it hindered my weight loss. If I stopped eating after 7pm, I'd be ravenous the next day and end up overeating.0

I try not to eat past 8pm. I know the whole "its a myth" thing, but, I want that long period where my body is doing a natural fast. Plus, I go to bed around 10pm. The after 8 thing doesn't always work, but, its a goal of mine.0

Time doesnt matter but my last meal/snack is always protein. Nuts or Nut butters.0
