Cardio gets rid of these, but I have done a lot of cardio and they won't go away!? Help!?

Yep, you can't choose where you lose fat. Just keep losing weight until your body gets around to the fat in that area. Sorry :(. My spot is my stomach, it's holding on for dear life while everyplace else gets skinny!

Cardio does not "get rid" of love handles. Calorie deficit and lowering your BF% does.

I found that HiiT or simply interval training really helped me get to the next level.

I agree with the other posters. Best way to lose any kind of fat is calorie deficit. It's a simple matter of eating less calories than your body Burns and you will lose the fat eventually.

Now comes the bad news your genetics are going to determine how when and where the fat comes off. I lost 80 pounds in 8 months and for me I still have some love handles but nothing compared to what I used to be. I like my weight where it is and I guess I'm just going to have to deal with them slower than I wanted to but eventually I will lose them
