Hi Jamie, my first day today. I had a Jillian Michaels video but it has mat exercises in it and once I'm on the floor it takes me the rest of the video to get back up again! But I guess that's exercising too!
I work full time so don't really have much time for exercise. I've set reminders in my work calendar to go for a 10 min walk twice a day and that'll be mostly it until I get a bit fitter! Welcome!1 -
Hello! I've got about 100 or more to lose myself! I love Zumba and walking... I'm a Bob Harper fan myself lol I too don't have much time to workout unfortunately. I'm sure I could find SOME time but it would probably be when I'm sleeping lol feel free to add me if you're interested

Hey girl, no pic but i do have a suggestion for you and anyome else who has that much weight yo lose. Some things that some people may not know about weight loss, which id like yo share here. Its my first post so forgive errors please.
First, find your BMR. Lots of calculators on google.
For a female with light fitness level, that might be around 1300-1500 calories / day.
Next, track your calories to see where you are when eating on a normal day and no calorie restriction.
Next, reduce if you need to so your caloris intake is 300-400 caloriea less per day
Next, google intermittent fasting on youtube if you are interested in research surrounding this eating protocol.
If you are ready to try after research, skip either breakfast or dinner and remember the small calorie restriction mentioned above.
While exercise has incredible benefits for heart health, disease prevention, endurance, etc. Its not the most optimal way to lose weight/fat. We have to speed up your metabolism and change your metabolism from being a sugar burner to FAT burner and intermittent fasting will helo you achieve this goal fairly easily, especially if you are convinced that you want to drop the weight.
Our metabolism is responsible for 70% of the daily calories expenditure, whereas exercise at most is responsible for 10-15% (unless you exercise like a madman or woman).
Since metabolism burns the vast majority of our faily calories, when we are fasting 16 hours (includes sleeping time), the metabolism still requires energy to operate the machinery as well as give us energy to stay active, and out doesn't have food to convert to energy so it begins to break down fat cells and converting them to energy.
Thats the short explanation. You will find that you are accelerating your fat loss by restricting calories a little along with fasting to allow your body to reset and burn fat cells while increasing growth hormone, increasing insulin sensitivity (very good), lowering cortisol, producing ketones (preferred brain food). Just an introduction but its worked miracles for me, 24lbs in 2 months, and i hope you give it serious consideration. If pregnant or trying to get pregnant or nursing, do not do intermittent fasting as it may throw off some hormones in women particularly.
Good luck dear
