MY 30DS Results!-- {Pics}

I started the 30 Day Shred on June 20, 2011 & ended on July 22, 2011. I missed a couple days but always got right back on track. I did Lvl 1-10days Lvl 2-10days & Lvl 3-10days. I ate OK, could have been better but i am happy with my results. During the shred i only did an aerobics video 3x so the shred was basically all i did.
My results:
SW--218.6lbs End weight-- 206.2 -12.4lbs lost
Bust-- Start 45" End 43" -2"
Under bust-- 42" 39" -3"
Neck-- 15" End-same
Hips/Gut-- 51 3/4" 50" -1 3/4"
Belly Button area--48 1/4" 46" -2 1/4"
Tummy--46.5" 44.5" -2"
Thigh--25.5" 22 3/4 -2 3/4"
Upper Thigh--26" 25.5" -,5"
Arm-- 14.5" 14" Flex- 15.5" 16" +.5 (muscle)

That is really cool. I can see changes in a lot of spots: arms (muscles) thighs & belly area.

Yes it's made to have no rest days.. 10 days lvl 1 10days lvl2 & 10days lvl3..I missed a cpl days & could not control it. I plan to start a 2nd round either today or in a few days.

Its a Jillian Michael's DVD & Its made up of 3 levels. Its designed to do 10days of lvl1, 10days of lvl 2, & 10days of lvl3. You can spend more days on a certain lvl if you arnt ready to move on to the next level. Its set up of 3 circuits on each level..Strength, Cardio, & abs & it does that 3 times in each level & as the levels move on it gets harder...From my experience i liked level 3 better than level 2. Level 2 is killer! You can get the DVD at walmart for $10. Also Amazon, Target, Meijer..Lots of different places. You need weights (3lbs usually) & a mat if your working out on a hard surface!0 -
