Just a quick note to say thanks to MFP for this fantastic service. Almost a year ago I did not think that this kind of weight loss was possible. I now only have around another stone to go. I am so grateful, and have recommended MFP to everyone that I know that is serious about losing weight. It hasn't been a cake walk, pun intended, but I haven't killed myself either. Love this app!
