Played at the park today!!!

After years of being over 350lbs (my highest being 363), today I played at the park with my fiancé and 4 year old son. I not only played, I swang, I jungle gym'd, I flew down the slide!!!! After loosing nearly 90lbs, I'm still a big woman, but to me, I'm alive again!!!

    That is so sweet!! I've lost just over 100lbs in the last 13 months - still a way to go - but one of my biggest achievements has been being able to play and run around with my 3 year old Grandson, so I very much get your sense of joy! Well done, it's the small things that seem be the biggest triumphs!! X x
