I've had disordered eating for as long as I can remember. I suffer from binge-eating disorder, bulimia, and just emotional eating in general. I also have hypothyroidism which means I need to work even harder to lose weight. I lost sixty pounds about two years ago, mostly by just eating healthily and also eating mainly plant-based meals. I have since gained back about fifteen pounds and just haven't been working on my weight loss at all over the past year. I would like to change that and get back on this journey. I would love to have some friends on here for support. <3

Hi there! I too have suffered form ED all my adult life. I became bulimic in my late teens and here I am 25 years later still suffering in silence. I am desperate and determined to get better and would love to have a buddy who's on the same road to share journeys with. We. I've never tried the forum approach for support but I know we can't do this alone and would love to give it a try.

    Hey girl!
Add me if you want :)

I have been in similar situations over the period of 4/5 years. I would eat less than 1,000 calories for a long amount of time and then I would start binging for months at a time! It was tied to some things I was going through at that time, that brought me down and stressed me a lot. However, I have recovered from that and I'm working on my weight loss and being a healthier mind and body once and for all :)

Yes, me too I have fluctuated between 200lbs and 90lbs. Gain lose, repeat. Bulimic/anorexic. I used to dance but left the community 7 years ago. Weight has always been an issue. Now mid life and 2 kids later, my metabolism is messed up. I can eat under 1000 calories and not lose weight. I have to excersize or no weight will come off unless I starve for 3days. It's very difficult but I try to focus on just losing weight in a healthy way. Add me
