Gained a bunch of weight after my pregnancy, getting back in shape!

Hi, I've used MyFitnessPal in the past with excellent results. I'm just looking for people to help push me while I take this journey again. I gained around 80 pounds during and after my last pregnancy so I have a ways to go. I'm ready to be out of this funk and get fit again. I'm starting to train for Tough Mudder in November so any tips or words of encouragement are welcome :)

    Hey! Welcome! I have 3 kiddos. I've gone from 244 to 156 and still going. Goal is 135. A tough mudder sounds like so much fun!

    Hi I'm Gemma from the U.K. I'm a single Mum of 2 5'7 and currently weigh 160lbs. I gained and lost on my first pregnancy 4 years ago then last year I was at my heaviest after the birth of my daughter at 206lbs and my goal is 140lb.
    It's super hard having little ones and trying to juggle work, school, tea time, bed times everything else plus concentrating on nutrition and exercise but us mums can help each other when it gets tough.
