Any idea how to count how many calories I burned using the fluidity bar....

You might use the more general exercise classifications. I'm not 100% sure of the makeup of a fluidity bar exercise session but judge based on what type of work you do with it: if it's fast paced and get your heart moving, you could list it as aerobics, or if it's body weight style exercises then consider listing it as calisthenics, or possibly since it's a bar it could be considered ballet although i believe there's only one listing for ballet so use your judgement about whether you're really working hard enough to burn as many calories as it lists. Overall though, err on the side of caution when logging exercise calories and if a listing seems unreasonably higher than the effort you've put in, then it probably is.0

I took a quick look at one of those things. I'm gonna say look up how many calories doing yoga, then divide by 2.0
