Eating habits problem :(

I workout for 2 hours
I don't mind workingout the whole day ! I love working out
But my problem is EATING ! :'(
I need to lose 10kg

    1. Are you logging all your meals in to MFP?
    2. What is the log telling you? How much over your allotted calories are you going?
    3. Are you weighing your food?

    If you get your eating under control, you can expect to lose 0.5 kg per week.

    It's the 3 o clock or coming home eating frenzy. ....can't control it...fine until then Amy suggestions

    I have the coming home hungries too. I pack a balanced snack to eat just before I leave work. Half a protein bar works, or measured-out hiker's mix, or cheese and crackers.

    If I am not famished when I get home, I have better self control and I can cook supper without raiding the cupboards like a madwoman.
