                    Hi All!  I just found this site this moring and I've already seen so much that I will find helpful!  My daughters wedding is coming up in 11 short weeks and I want as much weight off as possible (in a healthy way).  I just got my dress this weekend but it CAN be altered!  I hope it will have to be!
I have a serious food addition and I know that I eat because I see it, I'm bored, it's there, etc. I need to eat to fuel my body not just because! I've got 2 little boys in addition to my 2 older kids and I want to be able to keep up with them! When summer gets here they don't quit!!

            Welcome!! Sounds like you've come to the right place!! You'll find MFP to be very useful & very motivating!! There are lots of supportive people here all going through their own ups & downs!! If you haven't already checked out the food & exercise log, I encourage you to do so, for it is the real "backbone" of MFP!! The message boards can be very addicting!!

TY!! Me too!! I just recently posted it on my treadmill so that when I feel like stopping or feel like grabbing the hand rails I can almost see her there YELLING AT ME!! LOL!! :laugh: :laugh:
Good job on starting the food log!! I visit the site a few times a day to keep myself in line! Good luck to you!! I'm sure that you'll be ready for the wedding before you know it!! BTW - congrats to you & your family on the coming celebration! I wish the new couple success and lots of love!

It has been enlightening and a lot of fun
I love to give tips and they are:
1) Log it BEFORE you eat it, this can help you make wise choices
2) Weigh and/or measure everything, my eye was much larger than actual amounts :noway:
