I'm here to gain weight as well. The "eat everything in sight" approach doesn't work for me ... been trying since I was a child. Now I'm trying to be serious about it.

    Want to be friends?

Log - you may be surprised at how little, calorie wise, you are eating. Eating a pound of kale and green beans is the equivalent of eating a peanut butter sammich. ;)

How many cals are you eating on average daily?

What is you weight change on average weekly the past month?

Answer these two questions, and we can get you in the ball park number wise.

Seems like you need to eat around 2200-2400 then.

When you went from 1800 to 2400 you put on 3 kgs, but half was probably water. Continue eating 2200-2400 and you should gain 1-2 kgs in the next month.

boost high calorie very vanilla(Google it)...there is 530 calories in one container and the're small. imagine drinking 4 of those a day=2120 calories a day. the rest of your meals might add up to another 2000...so yea that much calories u bound to gain weight. 27 in a pack for $47 tho so idk your budget but good luck.

    Help to gain

You need to offer way more specific information than just saying "help to gain" like nobody knows your age, your weight, how much weight you want to gain, do you lift weights, are you monitoring your food intake? Gotta bring us more info to help you dude.

You should try to use the app to set your goal at what you want your preferred weight and just stick to that number. It might say 3000 calories just eat throughout the day. If you're going for muscle eat your preferred weight in protein like 1 lbs/g of protein (chicken, beef, tofu, beans etc.) and use some sort of carb (rice, pasta, potatoes etc.)

Noo. Your going to get fat with all that crap. Eat high volume micronutrient foods.

If you're not lactose intolerant, the easiest method is GOMAD - - a gallon of milk a day.
