What could you offer to "pay it forward"

I'll put the toilet seat down.

... if I remember to do so.

I have never heard that phrase before, I had to look it up.

When people show me a kindness (whatever it may be), I remember it and how fortunate I was to receive it and how it helped me.

Goodwill can be quite thought provoking.

I try to extend that same kindness to others when I recognize they may need it because I know how important it can be and has been to me.

I have a low tolerance so I'm usually the first one to get trashed. However, being the DD has it perks. I can watch my friends in amazement while they're in action.

    Plus no hangover.

If I'm going to consume junk calories, it's going to be a burrito, not booze.

Aww, not having a hangover is quite glorious. I'm an equal opportuninist when it comes to junk calories. Give me all the burritos and alcoholic beverages

Sometimes I do car maintenance & minor repairs, tune-ups, brake jobs, oil changes, etc for people. Started doing it when I was in college & my friends were all broke & couldn't afford mechanics.

I could entertain in the activity room at the nursing home. They are the best audience. And they even will hand you their plate, when their done with their cake. As if your also a waitress working there. The bellydancing waitress. Hee heee heeeee. :D

Is paying it forward when I pick up other dogs poop at the dog park? Or am I just cleaning up after lazy people?

I guess I would have to say "I'll get it , YOU get the next one"!

Okay... there is this old guy at the gym. He lifts but has real issues with his balance.
I routinely load and unload 45 pound plates for him every Saturday.
    He really appreciates it.
