help! BLTs for dinner

It's BLT's for dinner tonight. I don't know what to do! I can't do my cardio to make up for it either since I am on injury rest.

    I had a BLT for lunch yesterday and it was perfectly healthy. I used high fiber bread, light mayo, 3 slices of center cut bacon ( lower sodium) and some lettuce and tomato.

    It is ok to cheat every once in a while. Plus, you can always do low impact cardio, such as the eliptical. Don't limit yourself to just the treadmill or running outside! :)
