I've been using a lot of calorie count apps overs the past few months and this is one is one of the best.
I was 302 lb in February 2010 so lost a total of 88 lb at the moment, would like to get down to 190 lb this year.
I got another 26 lb to lose but have hit a bit of a wall, keep drifting from 218 lb - 214 lb.
The weekends are killing my weight loss, lots of snacking and over eating.
Any groups of friends out there to help motivate me with my weight loss?
Feel free to add me as a friend.

I'm in a similar boat. I've lost about 36 lbs and need to go 30 more. Mostly I just get stuck or bored, but I just recently found Health Month (www.healthmonth.com). It makes a game out of being healthy and was, for me, just the kind of motivation I needed. It's not entirely just about weight loss, but more of a holistic "being healthy" - so there are challenges for food, exercise, sleep, positive thinking, and much more.
Check it out. If you enjoy challenging yourself, but the old methods aren't working, this might be enough to get you back on track for awhile. :-)
*Note, this isn't an ad, just a recommendation. I'm just a user of Health Month and am not affiliated with them in any other way.0 -
A couple of thoughts if you are plateauing. I find if I make Monday my weigh in day I am more responsible with my eating over the weekend and hows your sleep if you aren't getting enough sleep it can stall your weight loss.0
