    As with any fad or unsustainable diet I wouldn't generally recommend it. You could however implement juicing into a normal diet like having a juice for breakfast

    But to answer the question, a short juice fast isn't going to hurt you, it's just pointless and not nutritionally sound.

    Your kidney and liver detox your body for you. If they are not working, you need a hospital not a "juice fast".
