Losing Weight after Gastric Bypass Re-Gain

Hello all...

I'm here to lose the 70 lbs I've gained back after losing nearly 200 lbs from Gastric Bypass surgery. I know what my down falls were and what I need to do to get back, just looking for friends and support.

    I'm right there with you! lost almost 250 pounds and now have gained 90. Not happy...but we can do it!!

    Me too! Started at 250 (I'm 5'2" and was 53 at the time). Made it down to 165 but now I'm hanging at 185. Gotta do it!

    I had gastric bypass with silastic ring. I will never be able to eat alot again but i have to get away from the wrong things. I know I need more protein its just so hard. I lost 100 and back up I need to get 45 off. I am tired of the struggle. Id love to have someone who can support.
