I want to lose 20 lbs, and it seems that I can never stay consistent with healthy eating.
I am plenty active, but being active doesn't matter if you don't eat right.
I would love to have all of you as my friends on here because I look at it more as motivation!

    I have the opposite problem! I can eat healthy pretty easily, but I have a really hard time with formal exercise.
