Hello!

I've hit a wall with weight loss despite my efforts and am looking for ladies on 1300-1500 cal mean plans that would be willing to share their diaries for extra ideas, support and motivation. I am happy to share mine, too, as I think it will keep me more ACCOUNTABLE!

My diary is not in the best shape right now, but hoping it will be with this open exchange and can benefit others as well.

    My goal is 1400 Monday-Friday. My diary says 1600 but that's for Sat/Sun only. I have to be really careful how I use those calories so I don't starve all day. Friend me.

    I'm similar to KristieJC—I usually hit about 1350, but I try to eat 500 more calories when I'm working on the ranch!
