Chi Swing Machine???

My mam found one of these on market today brand new and knowing im on fitness thing she picked it up for REALLY cheap.

Anyone heard of the Chi Swing Machine??? iv just had 3 minutes on it and feel like iv ran a mile lol anyone know what it actually does and how it works cheers :)

    lol no its perfectly legal ha.

    it a little machine that swings your feet about and inturn your whole body, relaxing you and working you. apperently 15 mins on this is like a 90 min brisk walk?!?!?

    My mam only bought it because it was 3 quid! and meant to be 70 or 80 om amazon etc.

    could be buy of centry for the mother haha :)

    ill let you know how i get on with it, and report back!
