MFP lets you name your meals - or set up blocks of time^^^ like @BowlingForHollars said. Although I work days I have morning, mid-morning, lunch, mid afternoon, supper, and late night categories.0

It is some what confusing. My shifts consist of 2 days then 2 nights, 12 hrs, 14 hrs, 16 hrs or 18 hrs. It can be any of these, but at least I know in advanced. I found out the best that works for me is midnight to midnight.0

I usually log whatever hits midnight to midnight for that day. I have a very difficult time keeping my calories up on days I work the night shifts anyway I log it.0
