Night Shift

For those of you that work night shift how to you log your meals. Do you log your first meal after you wake up under breakfast? Just so confusing because you want your calorie count for your 1 day. Where do you put the meal you eat at midnight. Lol

    MFP lets you name your meals - or set up blocks of time^^^ like @BowlingForHollars said. Although I work days I have morning, mid-morning, lunch, mid afternoon, supper, and late night categories.

    It is some what confusing. My shifts consist of 2 days then 2 nights, 12 hrs, 14 hrs, 16 hrs or 18 hrs. It can be any of these, but at least I know in advanced. I found out the best that works for me is midnight to midnight.

    I usually log whatever hits midnight to midnight for that day. I have a very difficult time keeping my calories up on days I work the night shifts anyway I log it.
