I lost 10 pounds last year, but gained them back so after many health issues and feeling tired and frustrated I want to be more dedicated to eating better and exercising more. I need accountability and motivation! Accepting like minded friends to help along the way and can help others too!0

Today was my first day of adding friends and I am already finding motivation,ideas,inspiration even though I only have 10 friends. They look good, their diaries are looking clean and sharp, we compliment each other. I am finding myself checking mfp application more often than my fb application

So need the motivation...its hard being a single mom of 4 to not give in to the easy and unhealthy junk. Was doing well until a sprained ankle set me back in March hoping to get back to my exercise routine soon...but omg dieting is hard with kiddos!!!!!!0
