Honesty here: I'm sick of everything I do having to be "meaningful". Can't we ever just exist for a change? Life is hard enough. I'm not going to be meaningful or purposeful right now. It's 7PM and I'm off the clock.
You guys can all be meaningful and impactful and all that stuff, though. Ready, set, go! I'll watch.7 -

Honestly I feel guilty sometimes that I don't live a purposeful and meaningful life, like I'm doing something wrong.
Joyful...comes and goes, I try.1 -

This is what my Facebook profile says:
Let's just say that I'm a VERY vocal person who speaks her mind. I am very upfront with my thoughts and feelings about Equal Rights, Religion and Politics. If I didn't disagree with Politics so much, I would probably be a great Politician I am a true Believer & try to live every single day with Faith & Trust. I am very compassionate about doing whatever I am capable of for all of my Brothers & Sisters; especially those who are looked down on, ridiculed and judged. I Believe in Equality for ALL Human Beings and feel this continuous drive to STAND for those rights. I LOVE my Family with every part of my being and LOVE this Precious Life that God has Gifted to me. I Believe that we were all born with Purpose and that we should not waste our lives just living day by day with no goals or accomplishments but rather, find that Purpose and make it count! If you happen to disagree with my thoughts and my beliefs, I will respect your feelings & not be offended if you delete me, and please understand that if you happen to display disrespect, unpleasantness or hate... I will delete you! Those who understand me and accept me for who I am...Thank You!
That about sums me up!3 -

Practicing gratitude for all the good things in my life helps me to be joyful.
Being physically active and working towards greater health and fitness makes me happy as well.
Interacting in meaningful and supportive ways with my favorite people is also deeply satisfying.
I have not determined a purpose yet. It's not looking like I ever will, and that's a little demoralizing sometimes. I'd like to be more productive, compassionate and helpful - a force for good in the world. But how to do that? I'm just not very good at figuring that out. I get stuck too easily and doubt myself, so I have trouble moving forward in that area.4 -

I tried to simplify my life by only focusing on three goals. If I died tomorrow and my kids said I was a good father, my wife said I was a good husband and my parents said I was a good son then I have achieved all I can and lived my life to my full potential.8

Empathy keeps me alive.

is it going to be your main occupation? I only ask because the market seems saturated. What are you going to do to set you apart from the rest?
I see a lot of trainers that can train folks on the physical side but are less adept at nutrition.1 -
