So I'm trying again to see if I can't drop the excess body weight. According to my BMI I need to drop at least 75-80 lbs which is an awful lot.
Well here goes... It will take a while no doubt but something needs to be done.

Feel free to add me if you want. It's always easier with people than alone.

I'm also trying again. I used Calorie Count on About.com for years (off and on); looks like that web site is gone now, so I'm giving fitness pal a try. So far it's pretty easy for logging. CC was fantastic for user support. Hoping for the same here. I'm almost 53 and for the last year I've been one hundred percent unconcerned about my health, weight, diet, exercise, you name it. I've gained about 15 pounds in that year -- not really bad considering how I eat. Today is Day One of getting back to being concerned. I want to lose that 15 pounds and then maybe set another goal. Baby steps. Good luck to you all!
