Hi all my name is Laurie I'm 58 weigh 115 lb and am 11'10. I have slow motablism and find it difficult to reach my calorie goal ( I work straight midnight) I've been going to the gym 5 days a week working on my core and upper body strength as well as my legs. I could Really use advise on how to reach my calorie goal with healthier options I seem to consume too much salt. Any advise would be helpful Thanks to all in advance for your help

Hi Laurie! I'm new to Fitness Pal but I've been counting calories / dieting / watching what I eat for years. This past year was a bad one for me and I completely gave up. So, you need to consume more calories and less salt? What are you eating now, typically? Add butter to everything you can, meat, nuts & seeds, avocado...1

I eat try to eat meet twice a day and I've started to eat nuts .i be be eating eggs as coach said I need protein . Also eat a salad every day I've add Greek yogart to my diet0
