I like goat's milk and cow's milk, neither enough to drink a glass of, but both are fine in a smoothie or, on rare occasion, in some oats or pancakes. The main reason I never do milk is I don't use it enough to have it on hand. (Although now I want to try sheep's milk.)
I like goat's milk yogurt too, but also cow's milk yogurt, and cow's milk cottage cheese, which are the main sources of dairy I eat (well, other than cheese). Nut milk and coconut milk are just different products entirely, and I consume them too -- mainly homemade cashew milk which is not low cal, but delicious and a nice source of fat in a smoothie.0 -

I like organic valley's grassmilk - especially the one with cream on top.
Their cows are pasture raised1 -
It even depends on the country how (at least cow's) milk tastes like!
I mostly drink skim milk, occasionally almond milk as I like its taste .0 -

I use soy milk. Soy is so out of favor lately, but soy milk is pretty unprocessed. I make it myself sometimes and it's literally just cooked and strained soybeans and water, plus a little sugar.1

Unsweetened Almond milk = using it in my high protein baking
Chocolate Soy Milk = trying it in my chocolate milkshake style smoothies
Chocolate Milk (cow) = Post workout
I basically never just drink a cup of milk. But if I did it would be 2% cow milk.0 -
Fairlife is a company that runs regular milk through a series of filters then recombines the individual nutrients in a new ratio, resulting in a milk with more protein and calcium, less sugar, and no lactose. (that means it’s safe for the lactose intolerant.)
It has more calcium and protein then normal milk with no growth hormones. However, it is more expensive.0 -
You can make cashew milk at home. It's just cashews blended with water (unlike almond milk, homemade cashew milk normally has the whole cashew blended in). Nothing is added. It's (IMO) delicious and useful as a higher fat, lower carb option for a smoothie (as they tend to be low fat/high carb).
Now, is it milk? Depends what the definition of milk is, but it's been called milk since the middle ages, so I have no issue with it.
Is it low cal? No, although almond milks tend to have less of the actual almonds even homemade, so they might be (painful to waste nuts, however, which is why I prefer cashew). If you buy them, sure, they are flavored water with some nutrients added.2 -
