How hard (or easy) is the transition from Turbo Jam to Turbo

I decided to order Turbo Fire instead of Hip-Hop Abs (hopefully I made the right decision). I've been Turbo Jammin since the beginning of June. I have no problem keeping up with Chalene and the rest of her crew. However, as much fun as I am having doing the workout, my calorie burn is decreasing as I continue to lose weight. I only end up burning 350-380 calories (with bmr included) on a 40 minute session. This is way less than what I used to burn when I first started (430-480 calories).

Does Chalene incorporate any old combos from Turbo Jam in Turbo Fire? It took me 2 weeks to get the hang of Turbo Jam :ohwell:

a lot of the moves and combo's are the same, but it Turbo Fire is kind of like Turbo Jam on Steroids!!! It is one of the most fun workouts I have ever done. You will not be disappointed!

Do you know how many calories you burn during a TF workout? Just wondering.

I love Turbo Fire! Can't say enough good things about it.

Right now I just use the database kickboxing for calories but I just ordered a HRM yesterday...

with my HRM I burn anywhere from 350 to 650 calories per workout. Depending on the length and the amount of intensity I put into it.
