Mid life mid body crisis

Hi... I'm new to MFP. Decided to give it a go to help me track my eating habits and try to cut down on unnecessary calorie intake. After getting my new job last year, I'm on my butt 10 hours a day (2 hours commuting, 8 hours desk job). I eat healthily but find very little time to exercise, thus I'm spreading around the butt and middle and I hate it. I'm going for it this time, exercise bike and all!

I work at a power plant and sit in the control room for 12 hour shifts. When I first got this position I gained 20 pounds in 6 months. I have some great workouts you can do in a very small space if you are interested. Keep up the good work!0
