28 pounds. One stone equals 14 pounds.

3lbs lost in how many days/weeks?

To give you some idea, 2 stone/28 lbs isn't a huge amount to lose so 1lb per week would be a very healthy amount to aim for.

Hi Jay. First off, congratulations on losing 3 pounds. That's 10% of your goal. And secondly, I learned what a stone was. Good luck on your adventure!!

3lbs in a week is admirable, respectable and decent! Did you gain at 3lbs a week? I bet not!

3lbs in one week is awesome. I only ever lose 1lb per week. You don't want to lose too quick or else you don't know if you're losing fat or water. You doing really well.

3lb is awesome! I only lost half a lb this week and I'm still very pleased, if it isn't a gain, it's a win for me. WTG!

Great effort. Weight loss aside, your mindset and dedication is the WIN!! And this continued "winning" will deliver you the overall goal that you're aiming for.

    Keep.That.Up
