I apologize for the giant underwear pictures :D

I'm doing this really slowly, so here is before and during. The good news is, it feels like it's sustainable for the first time ever.

Before = 230 lbs
During = 206 lbs
Goal = 160 lbs

The pics on the right are from late November, and the pics on the left are from today.
