Who has a premium membership. Is it worth it? What's the biggest difference? I have been considering getting it. Any other information regarding the premium membership?

I have premium the only thing I like I find useful is tracking macros per meal! Everything else is pretty much the same wouldn't pay for it.( I received a free 12 year subscription)0

Macros for meals, is handy when I need to know how much fat protein and carbs I should eat per meal. I go for 15% protein 40 % carbs 45 % fat. Premium helps me achieve this. I lost 5 pounds over 5 days so positive start to using premium0

Also nice not to have pop up ads0

I don't understand the comments about macros for meals. I don't have premium and I can see how many grams carbs, fat, protein are in each food and each meal. Is it really worth it to pay just to have MFP automatically translate that into percentages (which are less important than grams, anyway)?0

Thanks for the input and insight. It looks like I will be sticking with good ol' basic MFP ads and all0
