I have about 95 more lbs to lose. I started walking in Sept of 2014. I challenged myself to walk everyday for one year. I did it and continued walking. I lost about 40 lbs and yo yo dieted while continuing to walk and exercise. This September it will be 3 years I have been walking and exercising. I go to the gym almost every weekday and walk 2 miles a day Mon thru Saturday. Now I have really been dedicated to eating healthy and losing this weight. Need some encouragement and friends.

    I love how motivated and committed you are! I lost most of my weight a couple years ago but have had a hard time being consistent ever since. I'm good for a week or two and then I fall off the wagon. So I haven't gained any weight but I'm not losing either! I still have 20 lbs to my goal weight and I need to just get committed and consistent to reach my goal. I can maintain easily once I get there but I just have to talk myself into it every day! The longer I do it the more of a habit it will become!
