Hello everyone. I have been doing Weight watchers since January and have lost around 20 pounds. For the last 4 weeks or so I have hit a major plateau. I have either stayed the same or gained anywhere from a half pound to a pound. I do not feel like I am eating anything different than what I had been eating and I cannot seem to figure out why I cannot lose. I exercise 5 days a week but I am thinking maybe I need to switch something up. Does anyone have any suggestions for getting past a weight lose plateau?? HELP!!

Are you weighing and measuring everything you eat? From what I know of WW, this isn't part of the program? (apologies if it is...)

20lbs is a great loss, but your deficit will be less now and bring more accurate will be important. Resetting your weight and weight loss goals may be a good idea

Are you truthfully and accurately logging every thing which passes your lips? If so, the answer is in your food diary. If you tell the truth to it, it reveals the truth to you.

You don't mention how many calories you are consuming daily, and that is the key to losing weight...

Wow, I could have written this post! I joined in January, lost 20 lbs and now find myself seriously struggling to lose more. I came back to MFP yesterday to read the boards and more importantly to track my calories that I'm eating. Since WW has us counting points and fruits and veggies are 0 points I really have no idea if I'm eating more or less than I should be. We will see!! :D

Your body's metabolism may have adjusted to your lower calorie intake and slowed down. There is a group on facebook called The Lighter Side of Weight Loss. I have been seeing posts about the Sprengel 123 plan, I believe it's called. You should give it a try! I don't follow Weight Watchers, but I am incorporating a variation of this into my journey. Eating a little bit more calories on days 3,4, and 5 of the week.
