My motivation is life...

Existing on the sidelines instead of living as an active participant is what motivates me. I started this journey in August (2017) at 320 lbs. it was an effort to get up and walk across the room. I couldn't get down on the floor to play with my grandkids and that made me so sad. Life was being lived and enjoyed all around me. I was just a spectator. My motivation comes from a variety of sources...my desire to live, my grandkids, my goal
To run my first 5k on June 17th....and experiencing the joy of another's success. Some days it is hard to find my mojo...but the alternative is harder. To date I have lost 65 lbs and gained a ton of life experiences that would've passed me by.
