Hello,
This is my first week on fitness pal and I'm loving the food and exercise reports. Boy does this make my life easy. It's alot easier than trying to enter data into my XL spreadsheet - I threw that thing away last week! :]

I hope you all reach your fitness goals. I know I'm trying very hard to do so. I want to lose 20 lbs and get some lean toned muscle on my frame. I'm looking forward to learning from all of you and to sharing some of my insights on the battle to be healthy, happy and amazing! So, now that you know a little about me, let's go make our desires come true.

    Hey and welcome to the best thing ever! I have found that if i log what i eat it helps me maintain better. Also i use it as a tool to guide what i eat thru the day. kinda a plan ahead.
