I have a question? Is it bad if I go over my protein limits.

No it's not bad if you go over your protein limits as long as you are staying within your calorie limit pertaining to what your maintenance is in a 24 hour period.0

i mean protein. sometimes I'm over my 30. I keep my calorie intake at a reason level. I'm not looking at my net I just keep up with what I put in my body. I usually eat 1500- 1900 calories. and I net 1000- 1100. If I were to eat all my excercise calories back I wouldn't be losing our maintaining I would be gaining.
I workout 6 days a week, and my job is very phsyical. ( work for UPS).0
