I have not been able to get below 175 pounds since I had my daughter 8 months ago. When I hit 178 last month, I joined MFP and started faithfully eating better and working out 5 days a week. I got on the scale today, and lo and behold, 174!!! I know it's only one pound, but still... this is the lowest weight I have been in almost a year! :-)

That's awesome! All that hard work pays off. I'm currently 175 and for the life of me I cannot get under 174. I tried a few months ago and got so frustrated I gave up and now this time I'm back at that point, but I refuse to give up. Thanks for some motivation :)
