I have done it... only here and there though. It wasn't a bad workout at all. According to my HRM I only burned 92 calories.0

I loved 6 week 6 pack.....loved it and hated it basically. It was really hard, and I wasn't really fond of the fact that you did all the exercises once and then had to repeat it again, but I felt so powerful after doing it and it really did get my abs to a completely different place. I would highly recommend it!
I'm not sure how to log the calories--I used my hrm and burned a decent amount..around 300 calories +/-.....
Good luck!0 -
For me is a waist of money, because those exercises you can find it on you tube for free. That's what I did, I got different ab exercises from you tube. I think is working for me. I wish it really works for you :-)

Invest in a heart rate monitor with a chest strap. It will tell you exactly how many calories you burn. When I do 6 Pack Abs I burn over 500 calories in the 34 minutes. I am on week 1 of day 4 today. I created my own exercise. I am also doing Ripped in 30 in addition to the work outs I do at the gym on my lunch hour.
Feel free to add me as a friend if you have any questions or to motivate each other!0 -
Thanks so much and in the meantime can I just log it as circuit training?0

Maybe you should put it under - sit ups, vigorous.........................

You may want to try it again, I assume you were wearing your HRM? Maybe it wasn't registering for some reason on that workout? I did it for about 2 months, probably 3-5 days a week, and am on maintenance so would assume I probably burn less than most people.
For L1 I burned less--maybe more in the 210-250 range. L2 had more cardio so I was typically 300+ on that one.....I really liked L2 the best and stayed w/that for an extra few weeks.

Yes I was. I find 6w6pk easier than the shred, and I dont even burn 200 calories doing that (today is my last day). Apparantly my heart is in great shape! I will stick with the video beause I can definately feel it working my core even if I'm not burning many calories.0 -
