Mega Day!

So I wasn't 'supposed' to weigh in this morning as I have moved my day to Friday, but I did my run and the scale was there so I hopped on.
With shoes and drink in hand, having done 30mins on treadmill and had a few drinks. (Normally weigh after swim and steam, with no shoes before taking in anything! haha)

And it read 196lbs = 14st = over halfway to goal = Overweight BMI not Obese

SO VERY CHUFFED!! AND HAPPY AND JUST GRINNING!

And NSV of being able to do hamstring curls, all sets at 22.5kg - my left leg is getting much better!

Today is awesome!!
