Drink a gallon of water in addition to and I'll BET you'll see the difference. If you dont' drink enough water your body will retain it thus fooling you.0

Make sure you include strength training in your workouts, eat back some if not all of your exercise calories and drink heaps of water. When I skip one of these things, my weight loss plateaus!!0

I was the same! I worked out for 2 months, 6 days a week, strength 20 mins a day and cardio 40 mins. No movement. First make sure you have you lifestyle activity set right. If you are at work or home sitting around, put sedentary! And then you just add in ur exercise manually on ur account. Also, i was eating back all my calories and wasn't losing anything. When I stopped eating all my calories back, burned from exercise was when i started to see a decline on the scale.
You have to try different things.. for 1 week.. don't eat back all ur cals.. and see what happens.. if nothing happens.. then the next week maybe try eat them back and see what happens.
Oh and try for a week to drink 2 cups of Decaffinated green tea a day. Green tea boosts metabolism!0 -
I'm with you on the scale not budging. I have a thyroid condition, so I don't see a lot of loss, BUT I feel so much stronger and better and have more energy just by exercising and eating my calories. If you just started out exercising, it may take a bit before you see a loss. Hang in there and Never give up, Never surrender!0
