Ran first nonstop mile

It took me 130 days to get here ! I generally run 2.4 miles 4to 5 times a week and have been for a while, but running that first mile nonstop stop was a big goal of mine

I have been walking consistently since the start of the year and added in increased amounts of running about a month ago. It is a slow process building it up for me. Celebrate the victories!1 -
