Reasonably happy with the week, I was bang on 100kg. I have been unwell last week and I am still not the best, so again my goal is maintenance this week again. Havent been able to train, and wont be training this week either. Lost 5kg overall so far, so hoping to get a nice run on again after this week when I am feeling a bit better again. Its a marathon, not a sprint!

I really need to make Sunday my official weigh in day, I'm so consistent0

100.6 for me. Still pretty happy with that, with not being well. Had my Hashimotos checkup, turns out my thyroid meds are still too low, so we have tweaked those again, fingers crossed we have it right now. Energy levels havent been too bad, apart from the last 2 weeks, so will see how I go. Still getting over this bug, so its another week of maintaining for me, though I am going to chop off a little bit of the diet, to make sure I get back under the 100 mark, as I dont want to creep up. Still not training this week, but feeling a lot better, so hopefully will be back it it by next week, if not weeks end.

100kg on the nose for me. Finally feeling up and about as well, which is great. Aiming for 2 swim sessions this week, 1km each and see how the body responds. Targeting a weight drop this week, looking for 99kg or less.

So slipped up... 101.9! Ooops. But here for the long run. Had a few hiccups this week which impacted diet and training (meaning I didnt train and I ate cookies). Looking for under 101 next week, wanting 2 swims again.0

99.1kg... So turns out I have Glandular Fever....Explains why its been so tough last couple of weeks! Felt a bit like trying to climb a wall I couldnt. The drop this week was pretty crazy, will see how it goes next week.

98.9 for me.... plodding along! Not being to harsh at the moment, still not back in training which is killing me, but health is getting there.
