    That's the plan ruff :) I gym 4 to 5 times a week. Mix of lifting and cardio classes. Also run 3 times a week, a short track day, an 8k run and a 12k. Working towards a half marathon in 3 months.

    Nice! Running is something that just doesn't work for me....but I do six days a week of working out at home

    I don't enjoy it that much but have friends that run so it's just easy to jump on their band wagon :)
