Hey everyone! Just wondering if there were any dental assistants out there. I wanted to see what you guys put as your activity level? Right now I have set at lightly active. Thanks

    Hello, I'm not an assistant but I work front desk annnnd....I sit on my tushy all day :/

    Hiya. I'm a dental assistant. I work in two very different practices, one national health which is over three floors and extremely busy, the other is private only and pretty quiet a lot of the time, so my days overall average out to being in the "lightly active" range. :-)

    I'm a full time dental assistant for a busy and large dental practice. I put myself a lightly active. I've also picked up working out for a may modify that if I stay consistent
