Overnight Oats! Didn't feel like getting mason jars so this will do lol. 1/2 cup oats (uncooked), Greek yogurt, 1 tbs chia seeds, 1/2 banana, some cut up strawberries and 1/2 cup almond milk. Put lid on and shake it till mixed then put in the fridge till in the morning

Love it! I do the same recipe as above, but sometimes add some peanut butter or almond butter. I've also used coconut milk before, too. I love coconut milk0

I use an old jar from a shop bought sauce. The planet thanks me for recycling!
I love over night oats and have it a few days every week or so. I'm busy making a kilo of yogurt ready to make some tonight. I add baobab powder, chia seeds, oats, and dried fruits.1 -

I add stevia to sweeten, and a tablespoon of cocoa when I want chocolate.
Adds some extra fiber, too. My favorite flavor so far is cocoa + cherries. So good.

Do these hurt anyone else's stomach? I find that eating uncooked oats (even soaked in almond milk overnight) gives me stomach pains for most of the day.1

I think it's good food0

I can't stand cold oats, has to be hot porridge with oat milk, sliced peaches & almond butter for me.0

This is my standard breakfast! 1/2 cup oats, 1 tbsp chia, 1 tbsp agave nectar, 1 cup soy milk, handful of frozen berries - all in an old PB jar. Give it a shake and in the fridge overnight, and it's so easy to grab & take to work with me in the mornings!0
