Hey ya'll just trying climb back up on the horse , last summer I had gotten back on track and was picking up steam on my weight loss . I'd dropped 25 pounds and was feeling like champ then Oct rolled around and I had accident at work bed ridden me for over two months , then another two months before I could even start to do any physio. In that time inactivity and self pity I have now packed on 45 pounds back to my weight of 6 years ago. Still not physically cleared to go back to work but trying to get big up on the horse

So sorry to read of your accident, so sorry it has knocked you back so very far. You can't be alone in reacting as you have. I'm sure you will get back into what worked for you before, hope you'll not be tempted to do too much activity before you are cleared to do so. Much can be achieved by diet alone but you already know that.
Very best wishes0 -

Hello! Welcome back
I am so sorry to hear that you've been through many struggles. My best advice would be to take it one day at a time (and even one meal at a time). Also, enjoy the process!!
Best of luck crushing your goals! You got this!
