    I know I am late on this, but I will jump in here tomorrow. I need motivation to stay on my steps. My goal is to hit 10,000 a day. :D

    I wasn't very active in May. I need to be pushed. When I was active I was doing 10-12,000 steps a day. I want to get back to that, so my goal will be 11,000 a day or 330,000 for the month of June.

    I would like to do this challenge too. How do you track your steps? And do you get to choose how many steps or is there a set limit?

    @twins4ever79 Anyone can join, you pick your steps/milage and how you want to complete them. Some are doing running, bicycling, or walking. Most people have a tracker that they wear like a Fitbit, or garmin. If you don't have either you can down load a free app on any smart phone. Just search pedometer. You should find a free one. Only thing with that, you have to keep your phone with you all the time to get your step count.

    OK BUSY DAY for me...We finally completed our walkway. My back sure is aching at present but once I have time too relax I am sure it will be ok...We worked outside for 4 hours, had lunch, worked 3 more hours...That gave me 3.25 STEPS during the day. At 6:30 I took my girls for a walk for 50 minutes which gave me 2.0 More walking miles..

    I told my husband that I needed a Push mower that would start every time I NEEDED IT TOO. Sometimes I can't start the mower. So what did he do? He got me one of those really old ones from years ago. It has no motor but the blades cut really good. It is one of those 'REEL' mowers...IT IS A WORK OUT and I thought my self=propelled push mower was a work out! :p

    edit: I forgot too say that I walked 2.25 Miles with my girls and the rest with the mower..

    When I get down on my knees I have trouble getting back up. Several times over my journey I have tried too walk 100 steps and jog 100 steps and then 50 but my knees would not hear of it so walking is all I can do..

    Today was a good day. :) Husband and I walked the girls for 1.5 Miles, dropped them off at home and continued on for another 2.5 Miles.. <3 .....total walking Miles=4.0 Walking Miles
