    So I was afraid that I wasn't going to be able to make my committment to a full 60 minutes today.... but instead I got my fanny moving and did 41 mins doing P90X and 46 minute walk= 87 mins.

    I am shooting for 60 min/6 days, 360 total! I need this challenge - have derailed for the last month on working out!

    Monday: 230 min (Maybe a good thing since I got called for jury duty tomorrow)

    This is going to be a very tough week for me time-wise, but I'm committed to continuing with my p90x and walking. I'm aiming for at least 80 minutes of exercise 6 days this week, for a total of at least 480 minutes of exercise for the week.

    Logged my weight gain from vacation poo :( hopefully it will slide off and I can get back on track. 30 minutes of exercise yesterday and will have another 30 today. I really want to start getting up early to get another work out in but I seem to never be able to wake up, any suggestions?

    I'm going to be working out 2x daily for the rest of the week for at least 120min a day:) Wish me luck!!! and good luck to ALL of you!!! You Rock!!

    Monday: 65 minutes
    Tuesday: 71 minutes

    I will aim 45 minutes per day but not too sure if I will make it since I hurt my knee last friday and I still have a hart time to walk on it.... I'll do what I can.

    Annnnd I just saw that I'm at the top of the spreadsheet after my loss this week! The scale has not been budging this week so I probably will be surpassed, but I am happy with my efforts. And want to thank all of you for your support! :flowerforyou:

    Tuesday............did not workout

    Wednesday ............55 min (too exhausted to go anymore)

    Thursday .............45 min (feel like i was about to drop)

    Absolutely, don't worry hun! We are not here to judge you AT ALL we are here to encourage and motivate you. I am happy to see minutes period...because there are a lot of people not working out at all. So keeping on keeping on girl we are here for you! :hugs:
